AUXILIARY MEMBERSHIP
Are you looking to volunteer in your community? Do
you have a son or daughter that is a senior in high
school or in college? Are they looking for a volunteer
opportunity? Membership is open to women and men,
young and the mature. Membership dues are $15.00
per year. Your membership dues help the Auxiliary
to continue with ongoing worthwhile projects.
Currently we have many opportunities assisting with
various Hearthstone activities as well as ongoing and
upcoming Auxiliary events. As a part of the Auxiliary
you will find a very rewarding opportunity. If you
would like to join or renew your membership, please
mail in this form and your $15 membership payment
payable to York General Health Care Services
